Where is my progress saved?
On your phone. There's no account, so progress doesn't sync between devices, and deleting a game deletes its progress.
Can I move my progress to a new phone?
If you set up the new phone from a full backup of the old one, your progress may come with it. Otherwise the game starts fresh, but anything you bought can be restored (see below).
Daily puzzles
When does the daily puzzle change?
At midnight, your phone's local time. In Number Target, Typing Test and Guess the Price, everyone gets the same puzzle on the same date.
I missed a day. Can I save my streak?
Yes, if you come back the day after the one you missed. A streak of two days or more can be saved for free once every seven days, or any time by watching an ad.
Purchases and ads
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the game's Settings and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it.
What does Remove Ads do?
It removes the ads between rounds for good, in the game where you buy it. Ads that give you a reward stay available, but they only ever play when you tap them. In Intelligence Agency and Internet Provider Tycoon, the full unlock removes the ads between rounds.
How often will I see ads?
- Never in your first session.
- After that, at most one ad between rounds every third round, and never within 90 seconds of the last one.
- Ads that give a reward play only when you tap them, up to 10 a day.
- No banner ads, ever.
I was charged but didn't get my item, or I'd like a refund.
Try Restore purchase first. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: on iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, use your Google Play order history. If that doesn't sort it out, email us.

How do I turn reminders off?
In the game, open Settings and switch Reminders off. You can also turn off the game's notifications in your phone's settings.
How do I turn the sound off?
Open the game's Settings and switch Sound off.
How do I see the introduction again?
Tap the ? button on the home screen, or open Settings and tap Replay intro & tips.
Your data
How do I delete my data?
Delete the game from your phone; that removes everything it stored. Our Privacy Policy explains the anonymous gameplay events we collect and how to ask us to delete them.
